This is a custom recording created by you or one of our professional voice talents. This is the first thing a caller will hear when calling your toll free number. This is a great place to welcome callers and direct them throughout your system.

You can have as many voicemail boxes connected to your toll free number as you wish, so each department or key person within your company has their own personal extension. Never miss a call again! Each extension can be programmed with as many numbers as needed until we reach the appropriate party to take the call live, or if you wish, you can set up your extension as a voicemail box where your caller will be able to leave you a message. They can even be programmed to forward to you during business hours only, and after hours the caller could be sent to voicemail! Each extension has its own Paging, Follow-Me-Live-Call-Transfer, Call Return, and Card-less Calling Card capabilities.

We capture the telephone number of every call into your system, even if the number is blocked! We use ANI or Automatic Number Identification, a call capture feature that is similar to caller ID but can not be blocked. We will then notify you of the information by pager, phone call, or e-mail. For an additional 10 cents per lookup, you can also view the caller's full name and address!

It will announce the caller and let you choose to talk to the person or send the caller to voicemail. You can even select times of day and days of the week for taking calls on a particular number.

Paging numbers can be added through the phone or through the WebLINK web interface and has the sophistication that if special codes or extensions must be dialed to complete a page, the system will dial them for you automatically. WebLINK lets you add the extra dial string information yourself.

Call Back tracks you down similar to Follow-Me-Live-Call-Transfer where it will dial the numbers you are available on in the sequence you.ve specified through the phone or through WebLINK but in this case delivers a message to you. If it can't find you at any of your numbers it will continue to try back. This is a great alternative to paging.

This feature is included with every voicemail box and can be used in combination with paging (also included with each voicemail box) so that if we can't find you by phone, we'll page you to let you know there's a message waiting for you.

For a company wishing to do business in the U.S. but who has some or all of its personnel overseas, we can forward calls to you overseas at the rates listed here.

Voice and Fax messages left on your voice system can be sent to any existing email address.

This saves tons of time. Messages and faxes show up as attachments on the emails we send you and can be double clicked to open. Voice messages are played as .wav files and can be stopped, started and saved on your computer. Fax messages can be viewed, printed and saved as well.

It's simple! Using your WebLINK Personal Internet Control Panel, you have the ability to browse documents on your computer, and select the one you'd like to fax out. We support most every popular office and image file format, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF!

You can download our FaxFREEDOM software (Coming Soon) that will install a printer on your PC that allows you to print any file type to any fax machine! For example, if you have prepared a Word document that you would like to fax out, simply select file-print and select FaxFREEDOM! You will then be asked to enter the fax number of the receiver. It's that easy!

Let your customers know when you're not in the office. Have a separate greeting come on after your operating hours. This will give them the confidence that you will get back in touch with them as soon as possible during working hours. The caller can still navigate throughout your system, listening to product information, requesting "Fax Back" documents, go through your "Automated Order Taking," etc, but they will know not to expect a live person.

This feature allows you to very easily create a dial by name directory using the WebLINK web interface. Dial by Name allows you to offer your callers access to the party they are trying to reach by having them dial in part of the name of their party. Using this feature allows you to avoid having to list numerous extensions for them to choose from and has the added benefit for smaller companies of giving the appearance of larger size. Additional mailboxes can be added to any plan in lots of five at the same price. All of your employees can have access to voicemail, improving the image of your company, for about six cents per day for each mailbox.

Allows you to have a separate number to give out as your fax number but have it tie into your FreedomVOICE System so you can have your faxes available through fax mail. Also, if you have email delivery or WebLINK you can have the faxes conveniently emailed to you making it even better. When using Dedicated Fax you can select any of your system mailboxes as the fax.
